Date of establishment: June 2005
The Department of Computer Science started functioning in June 2005 with B. Sc. Computer Science one of the optional subject at Under Graduate level. In 2008 M.Sc. Computer Science, a self-financing Course was started.
The Computer Science Department helps students develop and practise their abilities as computer professionals, as well as conduct student centric activities and/or lead, create, develop, or maintain software applications for real-world problems.
Admission for these courses is conducted as per university norms. The majority of the students come from rural, less privileged areas and we feel that our graduate and postgraduates students will be fit to face the challenges of the modern technological world. This goes hand in hand with the motto of our college “Deprived for Education”.
